 | The forum is here to help NRPs obtain information,help and support when caught under the grasp of the Child Support Agency, and CMEC. It does not in any way offer legal advice whatsoever. All information contained therein is a guideline only as to how you can manage your particular case. You do not have to act upon any advice given, you are free to do as you see appropriate for your particular case.
If you feel that you have nowhere to turn or that no one understands your situation then please step inside as we are all here to help to assist you in obtaining the information you need to help with the fight of mistakes/errors made by theCSA/CMEC.
A donation is asked for if you wish to join the forum as it helps with running and stationary/printing costs etc. Membership of the forum is always at the discretion of the Managers.
You will also be asked to agree to the sites terms and conditions upon signing up for the forum.
We are here to assist in exposing the corruption and errors at the hands of this agency to those fathers who ARE paying and the CSA want to bleed them dry. We are aware of how the CSA try to feed the animosity between the two parties thinking that each won't know.
Please also note that we do NOT assist those fathers who try to wriggle out of their responsibilities,what we say is we want a better system in place for those who DO pay their responsibilities and one where the government keep out of it and don't interfere.
We also ask that upon joining the forum could you please post A.S.A.P about your experiences as this helps other members to offer support and assistance and it also means you can read the rest of the information within the forum at your leisure.
We ask politely that this be done within 48HRS of joining as it renders your account inactive if you don't and you will not be able to log onto the forum. We also ask that you familiarise yourself with the forum guidelines and etiquette.If upon gaining membership of the forum, you do not agree to respect the forum guidelines and decide that it is not for you, then please ask that your membership be deleted.
Also note that if you frequent the forum, get advice and support on your case and then don't log on to support others and keep up to date with the information,then your account will go into suspension.We ask that ALL members log in at least once a month and keep up the support for others , if not themselves.
PLEASE NOTE if you are a member of ANOTHER ORGANISATION that deals with the CSA/CMEC then please DO NOT apply to join our group as you will be turned away. This is due to perhaps having to pay a Subscription/Membership fee to other organisations that can be quite expensive and we feel that if you have done this then make them work for that Subscription/ Membership fee. After all fathers who are paying out to the CSA/CMEC can ill afford large amounts of money as it is.
If this doesn't suit you or you feel it in anyway unfair then please DO NOT APPLY to join us as we do not wish to offend when you are turned away.
